Making Your Own Curtains

So, Im really not impressed with the price of curtains these days, or with the price of anything for that matter. I have decided to make my own but I am pretty much illterate when it comes to sewing, sewing machines or anything crafty that takes talent, not just pure luck. So if anyone knows an EASY way to make nice curtains, I would really appreciate your help, advice, and support as it will be a long, hard, and daunting experience. Seriously any help will be greatly appreciated!! Thanks Everyone!!

Good Luck! I can't sew at all. I think the last time I touched a sewing machine and made anything I was in High School Home Economics. Lol!

There is a really easy way to make simple curtains, although they will not be the most couture. However, if you cut fabric to the length that you would like it to fall to after a two inch fold at the top and cut it to the desired width of the window as well, you can then fold over the top two inches of the "curtain" and secure it with the velcro that has the sticky back. It will then be a simple curtain. Again, not fancy, but better than nothing.
